How I Started Blogging.

Everyone knows I am a creative guy (as I am working as an creative designer). I am not found of writing or reading or I should say I was not found of writing or reading, but one day I come across of a group of content writers or I should say the best content writers. In the beginning it took me quite a time to adjust myself (as I am not into writing at all) but somehow I manage to find a place for myself in that group. When I started working with them I came to know how talented and hardworking they are. They usually spend too much of time searching new things, new words, new topics etc etc on which they can express themselves.

One day my manager came to me and said “Raghav I want you to write a Blog” . I have no clue what should I write and how to write, but I feel my manager has some faith in me and she pushed me that I should write. I had no topic, no words and no knowledge of writing(even today itself I don’t have these quality) anyways I was confused...... What would be the topic on which I can write and what the meaning of blogging. Is this a website? Than suddenly the best advice came to me from one of experienced guy (and trust me I still follow the advice). He said treat your blog as a diary write whatever you feel like don’t think about grammatical errors(although he corrected my silly mistakes). I feel out of place as everyone around me was quite good at their work and I was a fresher (In Designing) and I got a work of writing blogs. Gosh everyone can understand what I felt at that time, but I was quite excited as well to know that people around me are encouraging me to write.

After thinking to much I picked a topic and what else I can pick apart from my own “Delhi” the topic which I choose was “Colors of Delhi”. It was a greet pick at that point of a time as Delhi is only thing about which I can write. I write 2 Paragraphs and the 3rd paragraph was written by a sweet friend of mine (and her name is secret here). So after thinking to much and a push by my manager I write something for the first time but suddenly I realize I developed a new hobby for me which is writing, but I don’t like writing professionally as I am not writer or a poet, I am a free bird who likes to write anything, about anyone straight from the core of my heart.

So this is how I started writing and my passion for writing is still on as I am regularly updating my blog. Hope I would write more about my self, my friends, my problems, my life and many more.... and I hope someone would be reading all this and thinking that this guy is still the same....

Friends I Cant Wait to Meet

Yesterday I was in a mood to write and I was thinking about the one topic on which I can express my self. So I have decided to take help from one of my old friend and his name is google and his address is www.google.com. I typed my question and he gave me an ans in a form of list containing 100 topics on which I can write. I don’t want to share the list with everyone because you all will guess what would be my next post as I want to make it a surprise.

Today my topic is “Friends I Cant Wait to Meet”. (Hope they want to meet me as well.)

Mini disclaimer: Apologies to the friends mentioned in the post, don't sue me.

We all have friends and the types of friends you can/will have, vary greatly, from good friends, best friends, friends from work, friends from school, long distance friends, family friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, holiday-made friends and your regular run-of-the-mill “hi and bye” friend.

Some of my friends are fun, others cool and chic, one or two may be eccentric, some are great listeners and some are just plain nice. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have any issue with my current batch of friends.

I have a nice mix of friends already but wait till you hear about who I’d like to make friends with in the future!

The amazing cook that insists on cooking for me the most amazing dishes at any given moment.

The funny guy who makes me wet my pants…literally.

The cool guy who can actually play the guitar, piano and saxophone but invites you to gigs in run down places.

So thats the small list of requirement i had for my future friends and I know its all vane because you cant find the friends according you your requirement. Except the friends the way they are don't change and don't even bother changing yourself just love the feeling of being friends and have fun.

My First Rally

I know its bit late for me to post this but since I was a part of rally against corruption so I want to share my experiances with everyone.

Sunday I went to India Gate to be a part of the rally against Corruption from India gate to Ramlila Maidan , it was my first time that I ever being a part of rally. I was quite excited to be a part of it.

In the morning, I along with my friend decided to go Ramlila maidan which we later changed  after knowing about the rally at India gate at 5 Pm. We arrived the venue half hour early though rally started a bit late i.e 5:30 PM.

The scene was amazing never seen such a huge gathering at such a short notice wherever we one see find people with tri-color flag and banners with lots of slogans and remarks Like " Sonia Gandhi get well Soon , Rahul gandhi Yuvaoon ke neta kha gaye eid ke Moon " , "Hu ha Hu ha ..K.S Chuha ..." , there were lots of other messages too. Me and my friends were holding a Banner written "Vande Matram " on it .this we borrowed it from other in the rally ..it was sudden didn't  an later waved the Flag.
Its a great feeling  ..that can only be felt and the energy it encompassed and spread is amazing.
When we reached Ramila maidan it was almost 8:15 PM  and the entry as long it can gets a long queue.
Finally entered the Ground and found major part of it was muddy. finally reached near near Anna where he was addressing us , that we will not give up till last breath, its our pledge and we will do it for our Nation.

I had been supporting  this movement from the very beginning  i.e 5th April 2011. Many people I found and heard of opposing it and saying such agitations are not of any significance means , that they have given-up  hope and also the basic fundamental rights to express and peacefully protest the Gandhian way in democracy.
Its been 42 years since this law was suggested but it never got through , as some corrupt MPs ( eg: Lalu yadav , Amar singh) don't want it to pass and so it has been pending from so long.
If we don't realise its critical importance to the Nation then we doing one of the Most Dangerous mistake of our generation which the next gen will definetly Question us about.
Its  suprising to hear that activitist , author Arudhaty roy is not in favor of Anna and the lokpal bill. I don't understand what she is looking upto then ..how the voices will be heard.
A 74 year old a true Gandhian  has got the guts to challenge the govt and it was he who put and made the govt to make so many silly mistakes and now whole country is connecting themselves to him one on one..in sync.
Corruption is like a dirty cloth , which if washed on time will be easy and look good then when its used and used  and never washed and when washed never give any impression it was ever washed.
Our state is also same.
As said  great are not those who blame others and make their ways to top but those who accept it and take failure as a lesson of life and take it as a stepping stone for further progress.
